Hi, I would like to create reports and be able to report the Resolution time for each of the issue in it. I define the reolution time to be, the time between an issue opened to the time the same issue is flagged as resolved.

Would it be beneficial to split the result between time waiting 'for the customer' and time waiting 'internally'. Every time when issue is reassigned it's either assigned internally or externally.
