Add SLAs and support levels to groups
Our support is based on a service level which is either Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Bespoke (these terms could be customisable). It would be good to be able to allocate a client or project (configurable) to a support level and to be able to add SLAs to each level on a per project basis or a per client basis if you choose to.

Would this be something that could be added to Bugtrack?
