Unique project when using multiple tabs on Bugtrack
When I have two tabs open in Internet Explorer each with a different project selected, if I click on e.g. tab 1 and select new entry, it picks up the project selected from tab 2. Would it be possible to change this so that each tab is unique so if I click new entry on tab 1, the project that is selected is what is the project default when I click new entry and likewise for tab 2.

Regards,

Caroline

Caroline,
it is not possible to set different "Active Project" on different browser tabs simultaneously because the last active project selected is stored in cookies, which are common across all tab instances.
As a workaround, you may use different browsers, for each project, for example, IE for the one, and FF for another (as each browser stores cookies separately). You'll have to follow an initial license setup URL from the new browser, even if on the same computer.

Thank you,
Val

I think it should be possible to not store information about active project in cookies.

For example when I browse email on Google - I can view two independent folders in two different sessions (using the same browser).
