Make the Area field editable when you click edit
At present to change the Area field, you need to click Move which is not at all obvious. Could you implement this so that when you edit an issue you are able to edit the area field?

I think this is intentional, in the way that bugtrack developers decided to model organizations. "Move" means reassigning to a different project or subpart of an organization. "Reassign" is changing the ownership or responsibility to resolve at the level of a different person. "Edit" is changing descriptive details of an issue, but NOT changing its organizational and/or personal ownership.

Thinking of it twice, I believe it is a good idea and I "promote" it. The authorization for a given user to change the Area (i.e. "Move" an issue) or not should be still established by its Role. However, there is no need for a separate mask for "Move", it could be just merged with the regular "Edit".
