Add the name of a project which someone doesn't have access to
I frequently receive emails from people saying they can't access a BugTrack number however the message simply says e.g. You don't have access to 123456. This doesn't help the admin as i've no idea what project the user is trying to access. Please can you add the project name to this message so I can then easily find out which project the user needs access to e.g. You don't have access to InterGen BMRA: System Issues issue 123456?

this should be part of a drive to make the title compulsory as well.

Title is checked for mandatory input for about half a year :)
