Who owns the data? Will we be able to extract our data offline?
Answer
Our customers are absolute owners of the data.
BUGtrack allows exporting data in various formats, including an industry standard XML format for backup and possible integration with a third party software.

Professional Edition subscribers may download an off-line copy of the data as often as needed.
