To customize "Phase" field values you should have administrative rights.
To customize global "Phases":
1. Click "Admin" tab.
2. Click "Phases" link on "Admin" page.
3. Click appropriate link to add, edit or delete "Phase" field value.
To customize "Type"-specific "Phases":
1. Click "Admin" tab.
2. Click "Types" link on "Admin" page.
3. Choose "Type" value for which you want to customize "Phases" by click "Phases" link.
4. Click appropriate link to add, edit or delete "Phase" field value.
