What is "Estimated time"?
Answer
Time required to fix the bug may be estimated by programmer or by his manager. That is "original" estimate. Programmer should specify "original" time estimate when he has good understanding of the process required to fix the bug.

If it takes too long to fix the bug (a few days for example), programmer should edit and correct estimate "current" to specify how much time was spent to fix this bug ("elapsed time").

When programmer makes "Resolve", he should specify how much time has been spent to fix this bug.

Manager may also do "Original" estimate. Programmer will enter elapsed time when "Resolved". "Original " and "Current" inputs are needed to evaluate how close is planning to reality.
