Add role "reviewer"
Currently you only have roles "reporter" and "assignee".
It would be very handy to also have role "reviewer".
Now we have to assign the issue to the reviewer,
but then we loose the original assignee.
You want to keep the issue assigned to the original assignee,
so in case the reviewer has suggestions,
we still see who is the original assignee,
so it is easy to know who should process the review results.

For the tester you could use the same role "reviewer".

Also, in case you want to keep track who has worked on which issue,
it is more clear to keep the issues assigned to the original developer,
so it is more clear who develops which issue.
If you re-assign the issue to some reviewer, that picture gets blurred.
