Find Tickets based on their history
Currently you can filter tickets based on their current values for each field. Sometimes it would be interesting to know for example which tickets were once in a specific project (now maybe moved away) or which tickets was I ever involved it (may be assigned to someone else now).

Please add the ability to filter based on not only the current value, but also old values. It is not really needed to have a full history of the values with time and revision number, but just the old values have to be stored somewhere as a list.
