Rinkeshwari Agrawal 9/16/2014 3:23:41 AM Yes. I have created a custom field "Resolving Category". But how would I get that field displayed when I click on button "Resolve". My requirement is when I click on Resolve button, I should get one drop down to select "Resolution Type". At present also, I do get a drop down (Resolution Status) but when the defect status changes to "CLOSED" then there is no way to filter the defects with "Resolution Status". If I get to know how to get "Resolution Status" in the reports that will also solve my purpose.
