align Project dropdown with email click-through project
I frequently encounter issues (as sometimes do our customers) that result from having clicked a ticket link from an email, but having *not* been placed into that specific project "space".

As an example, I've clicked a ticket from our "Project X" project (let's call it "Audit System"), but--while I see the correct Audit System ticket--the project "space" (as shown in the project dropdown) is listed as the "Project Y" project (let's call it "Testing App").

This has caused problems. Using the example above, after linking from a Audit System email to that ticket, I have created a new ticket--assuming it would be a Audit System ticket--but it created a Testing App ticket (and I did not notice). This has caused similar problems for customers (vendors and support teams) who are engaged on more than one project.

I have also encountered Admin issues around this, thinking that I was doing Admin work on one project when in fact I'd made changes to another project's Admin settings.

I'd like feedback from other users:
Would it be bad or good to alter the "project state" dropdown when clicking from an email so that it aligns with the project associated with that ticket? I would also presume, then, if the project dropdown is used to choose a different project (i.e., when you are already in the BUGtrack GUI), that by default it would take you to that project's Stats page.
