Receive notifications after issue has been resolved/closed
Hi
Our users may edit a call after it's been "resolved" or "closed" without remembering to reactivate the call - consequently, we do not receive the notification. It would be great if we could be notified of any changes made to calls assigned to us - rather than having to configure our roles to receive notifications of any changes made on the system.

We found that we could get notifications but because there were two of us we were both getting notifications of each other's issues so there were two alerts every time someone edited the issue. What we need is for only the assigned person to be alerted on closed/resolved calls.
