We use BugTrack for both traditional bug tracking, but also to track customer support requests. It works ok. It would work better if we could send e-mails directly out of BugTrack. Currently, it is difficult to really track a conversation through e-mail -- since the e-mail that goes out to our support team does not have the customer's e-mail address readily accessible, so there are often copy/paste errors in the tracking #. As a result, there tend to be a lot of duplicate issues. | |
