Could we add a traffic light system so that we can see any issues which are close to their SLA (see my idea which I posted on adding SLAs). The idea would be that if an issue is within 1 hour of its SLA, it turns red, if it's e.g. within 1 day of it's SLA it turns Amber and if it is within 1 week of it's SLA it is green. These limits should of course be configurable and be assignable on a per project basis. | |
