At present, it is only when you log into bugtrack that you find your licence has expired. As we provide support 24*7, this can be impracticle if the person on support isn't an admin. Can you please add a warning message to ask clients to contact their bugtrack administrator a few days before the licence expires?

In addition, even an administrator is not necessarily the responsible party for the financial obligations. Since government POs take time to acquire, plentiful advance notice can be critical.

I thought it only expired if you deleted your cookies or moved computer. Does it have a time out then? Is that why so many users ask for their password?

I get this issue from clients who I think have not used Bugtrack for a while. If this can be addressed it would be much appreciated.
