Standard Reports Overview
Standard Reports allow gathering statistical information with optional charts.

Use "Filter" section to specify records to be used to build the report.



By default ALL accessible records are used.

Use "Chart" section to specify chart format if needed.



BUGtrack supports four chart types: Pie, Vertical Column, Horizontal Bar, Line.
By default no chart is used.

Use "Calculate" section to specify which metrics should be calculated.



Records with no estimate will be omitted when estimate is calculated.
Unresolved records will be omitted when resolution time is calculated.
Open records will be omitted when closing time or life time is calculated.
At least one value should be calculated to run report properly.

Use "Group by" section to specify criteria for records grouping if needed.



BUGtrack allows to group records by: "Project", "Area", "Priority", "Status", "Assigned To", "Opened By", "Resolved By", "Version", "Type", "Category", "Phase", "Record".
System also allows to group records by "Day", "Week" or "Month" for "Opened", "Resolved" or "Closed" record date.
By default "None" grouping is used.

Use "Breakdown by" section to specify criteria to break grouped records if needed.



BUGtrack allows to breakdown grouped records by: "Project", "Area", "Priority", "Status", "Assigned To", "Opened By", "Resolved By", "Version", "Type", "Category", "Phase", "Record".
By default "None" breakdown is used.
