If I delete user, what's gonna happen with his bugs?
It turns out that the bugs were opened/edited by someone who is no longer with the company and, since their userid was deleted, apparently, the historical reference to them is changed to the admin person who is deleting them.
Answer
If you delete users, all the bugs related to them will be transferred to the person who deleted these users. All references to that person in the record's history will be converted as well.
The history won't be changed if you deactivate inactive users instead of deleting them.
To deactivate user just click "Edit" next to him and select "Active" - "No".
If such person has some issues assigned to him/her, the manager would need to manually reassign those issues to appropriate persons before deactivating.
Deactivated person won't be able to work anymore and will be removed from all list boxes. This person will appear on the separate list of inactive persons.
Deactivated Admins also won't receive BUGtrack newsletter.
