Allow "Copy" of Bug not Just "Move"
It would be nice to be able to duplicate (copy) a bug into another project and leave the original record behind.

This would allow new products built from previous platforms to inherit certain items while also not losing the record of the issue in the original product.

This would also make planning of propagations tasks with re-testing of implementation easier.

I see actually 2 kinds of copies:
1) "standard" copy, i.e. a clone is created, but it has a seperate life line after copy, so any modifications to the clone do not affect the original and vice versa
2) "entangled" copy, i.e. like with quantum entangled particles, copy and original exist in two places, but whatever happens with one of them can be observed on the other.

This is useful in case of seperated product backlogs that are managed by different product owners but to some extend share the same back log items.

It might be necessary to define which for each field of a record that is copied if it is "standard copy" or "entangled" copy of original field.
