What we need is full tracking of communication on a certain issue in bugtrack. Some information is meant to be exposed to customers and some information must be kept internal. There can be several reasons to make texts 'internal' .... E.g. it can be too technical, it can be communication between developers or support manager and developer ...
If we do not have this, we need to keep separate system for internal calls.
