When the issue is opened, BUGtrack fills Opened/OpenBy fields with the timestamp and the user currently logged on. When the issue is closed and then reopened, BUGtrack overwrites Opened/OpenBy fields with new values.
Based on customers' feedback we found out that in some cases it would be nice to know original issue creation date and the creator. For this we are introducing Created/CreatedBy fields. Their behavior duplicates Open/OpenBy functionality except of that on reopen they don't change their values.
Created By field is available in the list of output fields for XSL reports and Web-Queries. Created is also available in filters and sorts. |  |
