Send custom reports to a person on scheduled basis
It would be nice to have a feature that a user can set up and send a system generated report and email at a scheduled time that is set by the user.

I would LOVE to have an auto-generated report that would give me a list of, for example, tickets with pending Due Dates organized by TODAY, 1 day, 2 days, etc.)
